Through Korean culture, many people all over the world want to learn Korean languages. You can learn a language through Korean movies or Korean dramas. However, if you study Hangul, which is basically a Korean language, you can study Korean more systematically. Korean basically consists of 14 consonants and 10 vowels. Korean consonants and vowels [한글 자음 모음]
The default number of consonants is 14. It has 19 initial letters, including compound letters, including 14 basic consonants. I recommend you to study 14 consonants first. In Korean, there are five double consonants, namely, ㄲ, ㄸ, ㅃ, ㅆ, and ㅉ. These double consonants are pronounced with a stronger emphasis on the sound than the single consonant. For example, the word '김치' (Kimchi) has a double consonant 'ㄲ.' It is essential to master the pronunciation of double consonants to speak the Korean language fluently.
